Hello to one and all.

I hope you are all managing then best you can with this very strange period we are going through.

I think it's going to be a good while yet before things are back to normal. Any way moving on I wanted to update you all regarding the opening of The Village Hall.

Whilst it's closed we are going to refurbish the ladies and gents loos. Now seems an obvious time to do it.

Once the toilet work is finished I will meet with my fellow officers of the club with a view to possibly reopening. But our main concern being that anyone entering the building does so in a safe and careful way.

I hope you have missed us we have certainly missed you. It would be lovely if we get a long Indian summer and we can have a function outside, such as a barbeque.

There are also plans afoot to have a social event or two in the village.

In the meantime I wish every single one of you all the very best for the rest of the summer and if there is anything I can do to help in any way, just get in touch.

Best regards
